The City of Springfield has recognized Oompa Meisters founder Adam Lyon for his service to the Greater Springfield community through music education, military service, and live performance.
The official proclamation also recognizes the band's work creating paid performance opportunities for military veterans and using music to strengthen community, honor service, and bring people together.
